Sony Company has recently previewed the long-awaited PlayStation games with a trailer. This has shifted attention and focus to two women that were seen kissing and hanging to a handsome looking man. The game ‘the Last part of us II’ is one of the most adored, reviewed and awarded games of the Sony’s PlayStation 3 generation. According to the gameplay footage, it appears that the sequel will be typically bloody and played by millions just like its predecessor. The launching date for the game was not announced. This has left gamers in absolute game thirst.
The game industry watchers reacted positively to the long-awaited game. Most of the watchers described the game as an incredible piece. It became the best game ever to some gamers. Sony organisation premiered the initial footage of the game from its horror that was known as ‘Death stranding.’ The game has been engineered by Hideo Kojima. Kojima was the one who engineered the Metal gear series. According to the trailer, it portrayed the lead character modelling on the Walking Dead star Norman Reedus. It was trekking across several landscapes before it was ambushed from an assembly of invisible monsters. The presence of the monsters is apparent because of the exposed fetus that they carry.
The plot of the game is still not clear. Again, the releasing date was not yet announced. The watchers have no choice other than to sit back and patiently and wait with positive anticipation. According to IHS Markit, Sony has sold over 76 million units of the game ‘Console Wars’. This represents nearly twice as many units than Microsoft Xbox One has managed to sell. However, the game is way behind compared to PlayStation 2’s tally that reads nearly 158 million copies. Reports put that many believe that the Japanese company has been successful because of the popularity that they have gathered with their in-house exclusives that involve the God of War, Uncharted 4 and Horizon Zero Down.
Microsoft on the other side can boast of the compelling games that have epic graphics. The company also announced their plan of acquiring and developing multiple of other game studios. Gamers think that the PlayStation 4 has had high-quality and frequent first party exclusives as compared to Microsoft Xbox one. PlayStation Company, Sony will be venturing into the E3 with much confidence as they have nothing to lose because of their strength and might. However, Microsoft will not portray weaknesses. They will try put up a good show.
