Google’s internet-connected speakers have apologized for being less smart than what was expected of the speakers. The company never reported of how long it will take for them to fix the mess. The home gadgets have been responding to questions saying that there was an error or that they were sorry something had gone wrong. All users around the globe were being instructed to make another attempt in a few seconds only to face the same old-fashioned problem. The spokeswoman for the technology company acknowledged the demerit and revealed that some of the institution’s TV-streaming Chromecast dongles had been affected.

The malfunction has now reached its third day. The technology giant has been consistently communicating their plans and efforts to try and resolve the challenge via its MadebyGoogle twitter handle. The firm tweeted that Google engineers had already come up with a solution to the problem, but there has been a delay in getting the job done. However, users around the world have been assured that their gadgets will be back online by forcing a reboot. The organization has not yet disclosed the problem.

Various social media reports indicate that there were thousands of people who posted their grievances about the glitch on their social media accounts. Most users started to complain about the glitch when the device failed to play the morning wake –up alarm. Some users have reported that their kits have gone back to normal while others have reported that the problem has persisted. The breach comes after the Home Speakers started handling Spanish language questions. Google confirmed that its efforts to ensure continued conversation were underway. It’s yet to set up a facility that keeps a Home speaker’s microphone live for almost eight seconds after a question to allow follow-up commands, allowing users to avoid repeating a wake word.

There was no evidence whether the updates were the cause of the continued problem. Google is not the only technology organization that has faced such a disruption. Online users of the work-based platform, Slack were unable to log in to the site after the service went down on Wednesday. Google Company that is situated in San Francisco has reported that the problem had already been solved. This was not the case with other consumers who are still reporting that the problem is persisting. The company was notified, but it never reported when the breach would be solved.
