Tech plays a significant role in the formation of a domain where continual distraction and obligations devastate most people. According to a health expert, America has become a nation where its citizens work at all time with least or no time to rest. One primary reason is that the Americans try to convince themselves that they have much to deal with including tech. Besides, people, think that they create their free time when they engage in phones that distract them from their duties. However, the interruption may sound ironic when you talk about the technology and phones, because you will think of unimportant or least unobjectionable things. The irony comes since Americans are enthralled by tech or the smartphones that they barely have the need of measuring time- draining or the attention-luring caused by the technology. As an adherent of a compeer that dredge up life before Google, Facebook and other social media platforms, am profound of some traditions. For instance, in the current generation, etiquette is one of the gone and forgotten things in the society. It becomes difficult to hear the sorry words even from people stepping or stamping others. More so, words and actions used for respect or away of acknowledging people in society are no longer heard or seen. Respect is by now obsolete as young and teenagers get occupied by the technology and can barely notice the presence of a person right before them. Surprisingly the findings of the social media report that most teens prefer in-person communication through texts, which covers about 32 percent of the teenagers. However, the astonishing part is the age involved, as it includes young people of around 13-17 years. However, despite the young people understanding the implication of spending time on the smartphones, they are not willing to change their conduct.
