At its current state, the world is in where war and violence are common and peace is seldom experienced, a lot of people are turning to the word of God for guidance and comfort. The path to enlightenment and peace begins with each and every one of us but of course, we must all have leaders paving the way at the forefront. One of the church leaders certainly shedding light in these trying times is Perry Noble.

Born on June 24, 1971, Perry Noble is an American preacher, author, and former senior pastor. He is also one of the most popular televangelists in recent times with his weekly sermons reaching a viewership of over 30,000 people across the state of South Carolina. There are also thousands of viewers tuning in to his sermons via live stream.

Although his words continue to guide and inspire thousands today. Perry Noble is a man built through challenges. At the age of 12, his mother died of cancer. This has given him a certain dislike to hospital visits. Perry Noble then married his now ex-wife, Lucretia in April 2000. They had a young baby girl in June 2007. Eventually, Lucretia and Perry Noble ended their relationship in November 2017.

Despite these challenges, Perry Noble stood tall during his sermons. In fact, the followers of his church might have never even felt that the preacher himself was going through trying times. As with most religious leaders, he understands that he must always be headstrong despite the adversary.

Aside from his steadfast attitude and endearing words, Perry Noble is mostly known for being the senior pastor at South Carolina Baptist Convention’s largest church. From 2016 onwards, he was no longer a member of the NewSpring Church. Of course, being the go-getter and inspiring mind that he is, Perry Noble decided to open a new church in Anderson last 2018.

On Jan. 27, he headed the launch of his new church called the Second Chance Church. By the name itself,

it is obvious that this is his return to his calling after he stopped being a part of NewSpring Church. At the forefront of his new church, Perry Noble says that he feels better than ever before as he heeds to what he truly believes as his calling.

The Second Chance Church will fit around 330 people but it is already a great start towards larges services soon. Considering this is Perry Noble’s own church now, we can expect him to deliver the word of God with more freedom and will. In time, this humble church will definitely grow into a mega-church, thus allowing the former pastor to reach out to those he once led.

Everyone needs guidance in these trying times but we can’t simply appoint people to lead the church. We’ll need strong and faithful individuals like Perry Noble to lead services. In time, these church leaders will provide more comfort and support to people that need it most. We are very excited to see what’s in store for the Second Chance Church.
