Regina has been in this sector for many years, where she has played a vital role in providing IT experts in several companies in New York and other large cities. As an experienced expert, Regina advises her clients on the importance of hiring professional information technology experts. Regina is one of the managing directors of the TSR company. Her father appointed her to this position upon his retirement. Regina’s father was the Chief Executive Officer of the company.

    Though her father was the Chief Executive officer in TSR company, her leadership position in the company was not automatic. She had to work hard for it. TSR is a company that deals with high tech clients who demand dedicated personnel who can provide them with high-quality services. For that reason, the TSR company focuses on recruiting professional IT experts to work for the organization. Besides, the company helps firms to identify and recruit workers who best fit in the organization. With that in mind, TSR could not afford to work without Regina Dowd, whose professional skills could help the company achieve its objectives.

    Regina Dowd joined TSR back in the year 2010 as an accountant clerk. Her role involved moving from one office to the other and interacting with the clients in the field. By the time he was retiring, he was confident that her daughter could do well in the executive positions and help the company achieve the set objectives. She was promoted to the sales manager position of the company. Besides, she appointed as a board member of the company.
