Also, the company has several vacancies for physical therapists, nurses and administrative staff. All of these roles will help us ensure that each and every person who entrusts us with their care will receive the attention, focus, and treatment they need to thrive. Sussex Healthcare welcomes qualified carers to apply for a position at one of its many homes across the UK.

However, experience is not necessary. We’re happy to provide training and support as you learn to serve your role to the best of your ability on an ongoing basis. Sussex Healthcare offers full training for individuals who have the right attitude and ambition. There are positions open in Horsham, Uckfield, Crawley, Billingshurst, Henfield and East Grinstead. Some locations have both day and night shifts open.

The main Sussex Healthcare facility is in Horsham. This is also the location of the company’s latest addition, which is a state-of-the-art gym. The gym is open to all Sussex Healthcare residents. With physical therapists and fitness trainers on staff, residents have access to special programs that help them maintain or improve their mobility. There are underwater treadmills, a pool, a jetted hot tub and many other beneficial features. All of this equipment is paired with a highly trained staff put in place to help them exercise their bodies and mind for the best possible overall health. We want our residents to feel independent and strong in more ways than one, and both our facilities and staff are responsible for helping that happen.

Sussex Healthcare promotes activities such as outdoor exercise, gardening, crafts, singing and excursions.
