Elizabeth Warren is both a politician and a scholar, but she considers herself more of the latter than the former. The reason for this is her ardent need to find sufficient evidence that a change will be beneficial to the world before supporting it; furthermore, she bases her beliefs on how we should treat both each other and the world around on fact and science. These things, along with love and compassion, are the leading principles of her political beliefs.

Elizabeth Warren became a senator of Massachusetts in 2012, when she was elected in as a favorite of the entire state. She stands out as one of the many reasons Massachusetts is doing so well in comparison to the rest of the country today, with special focus on reforming their educational system to be more inclusive to everyone. This, along with many of Elizabeth Warren’s other progressive beliefs, are what she utilizes on a daily basis to govern her decision-making; she believes in practicing the values she teaches, and she exercises great caution to do so.

One of the reasons Elizabeth Warren is so driven to give back to the people is that her own childhood was riddled with the issues plaguing our modern society. In particular, Warren was a victim of poverty, having to grow up in a low-income household. She learned that life was not fair very early on, which could have allowed her to grow bitter, but instead she used it as a sort of fuel to propel her journey into the political world. Elizabeth Warren knew what she wanted to do to make a difference, so the only thing to figure out next was how she planned on doing it.

Firstly, Elizabeth Warren was driven to start her studying as soon as possible. She began at George Washington University, which is a renowned college on its own, but the tools offered there were simply not enough for the heights Warren was aiming for; she did not simply want to be forgotten in the annals of history, she wanted to stand out as a significant figure of change. She ended up studying law later on in an educational journey that eventually led her to Harvard, where she finally felt as though she had made something great out of her circumstance. With the tools she had learned not only through her education but through the life lessons that were taught to her throughout the time she spent within the educational system, Warren has been able to build a significant name for herself as a senator.

Elizabeth Warren has spent her entire life caring for other people. It was necessary for her even in her young teens to get a job to help support her family, and even today, when she has more money at her disposal, she is committed to the single task of helping people around the country. Warren wants to make the United States a healthy place to life for people of all incomes, interests, and lives.
