Most people are well aware of the fact that the way you feel mentally can affect the way that you feel physically. However, people still think that cancer can only be treated physically. A new study has shown that one’s mindset can affect the way that one is affected by cancer.

Alia Crum is the director of the Mind And Body Lab at Stanford University. She is also the co-author of the study. She stated that people spend a lot of time and money trying to find a cure for cancer. They also spend a lot of time trying to find ways to prevent cancer. However, it is important to remember that cancer is more than just a physical disease.

People who are told that they have cancer may develop depression and anxiety. Those feelings can make it difficult for people to get the treatment that they need. Alia encourages people to change the way that they look at their body. They should see it as a friend instead of an enemy.

Alia also stated that people should not look at cancer as a death sentence. They should look at it as a disease that they can manage. If people change the way that they look at cancer, then they will have an easier time dealing with it.

Other studies have shown that mindset can affect the outcome of a disease and treatment. One study showed that patients who believed that they could beat an addiction were more likely to seek treatment for it. They also did not consider addiction a disease.

A woman who was battling lymphoma in 2018 told “Best Life” that her positive attitude is helping her beat cancer and survive. She stated that she never allows herself to worry about not making it through the day.
